Olly is a technology platform that connects businesses with carriers in Saudi Arabia, and provides fleet software. Online truck bookings for businesses are coming soon.

Information on the website, including example routes, is for general information only and is not an offer.

• Sending the Ship with Olly form is a request for our team to contact you. It is not a booking and does not create a contract or guarantee a truck or a price.
• Each job is agreed separately, with its own price and conditions.

• Sending the join form does not create a contract or guarantee work.
• You must give true information and hold valid documents (Istimara, Iqama or national ID, driving licence and insurance). We check them before any work starts.

• Accounts are given by Olly or by your company. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Enter only accurate information that you are allowed to share.
• We may suspend an account that is misused.

Do not misuse the website or app: no false information, no pretending to be someone else, no viruses or harmful code, no attempts to break in or disrupt the service, no automated copying or scraping, no collecting other people's personal data, no harassment, and nothing unlawful.

We may change, pause or stop any part of the website or app, for example for maintenance or updates. We do not promise that they will always be available or free of errors, and we will try to give notice of planned changes that affect you.

Our website or app may link to other services, such as WhatsApp. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data. Their own terms apply.

The Olly name, logo, website and app belong to Blast Line Saudi Communications & Information Technology Co. Do not copy or reuse them without written permission. Partner logos belong to their owners.

We work to keep the website and app accurate and available, but they are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for losses caused by information you entered. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that Saudi law does not allow us to limit.

You are responsible for losses and third-party claims caused by your breach of these terms or of the law, as far as the law allows.

You can stop using Olly at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account or refuse a join request if these terms are broken or the law requires it. Rights and duties that arose before then continue.

We may update these terms or our services. Using the website or app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.

If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up. A separate signed agreement with you or your company takes priority over these terms.
